What is the difference between a Full Access user and an Employee/field user?

Full access users have access to all available modules. Typically, these are owners/principals, project managers, back office/accounting team members or system administrators. They can set up projects, generate reports and generate modify invoices. They are also typically involved in the approval process (if available).

Field users are employees that typically are only assigned tasks, track their time/expenses and upload/manage files. In addition, they can access contacts and the calendar.

What are the limitations of a Subcontractor user?

These users are designed for temporary or project specific resources that are not formal employees. They are similar to field users, but are limited in the number of projects they can actively access and they may not have an email address from your company domain.

What is the difference between standard and advanced invoicing?

Advanced invoicing is designed to help you fully automate your invoicing process, no matter how unique it might be. Advanced Invoicing allows for additional customization beyond your company logo and contact information, including the complete look and feel of the invoice and the data that is automatically populated into the invoice from the system. Advanced invoicing also supports approval workflows.

Do you offer a monthly subscription?

We do. Our annual pricing represents a 20% discount over our monthly pricing. Contact a salesperson to learn more.

Is there an implementation fee?

Yes, we require new clients purchase our implementation services when they subscribe to the software. Fees vary based on client needs, contact a salesperson to learn more. Click here to learn more about our implementation services.

Can I still use the Starter edition with Quickbooks?

Yes. We offer a standard report pre-formatted to upload into your local Quickbooks implementation.

Do you offer longer term contracts?

Yes, we offer multi-year contracts from 2 to 5 years that include additional discounting depending on the length of the contract and payment terms. Contact us for more information.
