Our sales team will work with you to demonstrate the functionality and give you a guided hands-on with the software. In some cases we can do a paid proof-of-concept to validate our solution will work for your needs.
We offer three different editions designed to meet the needs of different sizes and types of organizations, which include different modules. Enterprise Edition customers can customize their subscription based on on what additional modules they want to use.
Our standard subscription term is for one year with s one year renewable term. We also offer monthly plans as well. Please refer to your subscription agreement for specifics on when you can cancel your subscription.

Yes. We have a very powerful permissions engine that allows you to manage access at a variety of levels. This includes restricting access at the client, project, department, project manager level - or any other level that makes sense for you. Plus, you can restrict access down to the object level (task, document, etc.)
